The organization held an event during the last week of December 2019, where several journalists from Bangladesh participated. The event was attended by over a hundred distinguished individuals from across India. While all participating journalists were honored, Sheikh Safiuddin Zinnah received the only special recognition
The event was graced by the organization's president and the Minister of Co-operation of West Bengal, Arup Roy, and the General Secretary, journalist Radha Kant Saha.
Expressing his joy at receiving the award, Sheikh Safiuddin Zinnah said, "This honor has increased my sense of responsibility towards my community and my country. I will strive to uphold the dignity of this honor. This recognition will serve as an inspiration in my work.
It is noteworthy that Sheikh Safiuddin Zinnah, a distinguished son of Kapasia, Gazipur, is currently serving as a staff reporter for the widely popular daily, Bangladesh
